Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with Site Finance and Manufacturing teams to monitor and control indirect costs (MOH, Engineering, etc.).
Lead and support performance analysis for cost centers, productivity initiatives, and capital projects.
Ensure accurate and timely financial closings, including month-end and year-end processes.
Prepare rolling forecasts and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
Develop and present clear, insightful financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Support financial governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Provide data-driven financial insights to guide operational and strategic decision-making.
Identify and drive process improvements within financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
