Role Description

The role is to assist the Senior Manager Accounts in the preparation and analysis of the Fund Flow, Budget vs. Actual Reports, and MIS. The position involves compiling data across departments, ensuring accuracy, and presenting structured reports for management decision-making.

• Prepare monthly/periodic Fund Flow statements, Operational /project-wise wise based on
• Fund inflows (fees, grants, other income) and outflows (payments, expenses, projects)
• Assist in preparing the Budget v/s Actual on a monthly basis.
• Assist in preparing the Annual academic Budget and consolidating departmental budget submissions on an academic year basis.
• Assist in creating dashboards for MIS and summaries as and when required.
• Support in preparation of presentations with various Financial Reports, Fund Utilization reports as and when required.
• Provide data and support for the requirement of audits and reviews.
• Any other task as assigned by the CFAO/ competitive authority of the University.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related matters. Desirable Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 6-15 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, MIS dashboards).
• Knowledge of budgeting, fund flow, and financial reporting.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
