Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Events, based in Bengaluru. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events related to organic agriculture. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with stakeholders, overseeing marketing and outreach for events, and tracking event budgets and performance. The role may also involve strategizing new event concepts to further the organization's reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Logistics Management
  • Strong skills in Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Outreach related to event promotion
  • Budget Management and Analytical Skills to monitor financials and evaluate event performance
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel, if required
  • Passionate about organic agriculture and sustainable practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
