Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Event Management:
Plan and execute corporate events, product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, internal engagement events & meets and conferences.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed event proposals and project plans including timelines, budgets, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination:
Liaise with creative agencies, Event Agencies, production vendors, artists & celebrities, and service providers to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
- Technical & Creative Oversight:
Collaborate closely with agencies to develop event branding, themes, communication materials, and on-ground branding elements, ensuring they are aligned with accurate technical specifications to enhance audience engagement and deliver an immersive, high-impact experience.
- Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare and manage budgets for each event, track expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Corporate Communications, etc.) to align event goals and messaging with broader organizational objectives.
Ensure all event activities and materials adhere to company brand guidelines and maintain the highest standards of execution.
Analyse event effectiveness, collect feedback, and prepare detailed post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
