Position Name: Deputy Manager
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to manage the Day-to-Day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met by the team as agreed in the SOW.
- Process knowledge on ITIL and ISO.
- 10+ years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments.
- Review and submit the weekly and monthly report to management.
- RCA preparation and submission to management.
- Managing the shift roster.
- Good Knowledge of Incidents Management & Change management.
- Coordination with vendors for escalation.
- Preparing & validation of Root Cause Analysis.
- Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism on Periodic Basis.
- Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like EIGRP and BGP.
- Configuring and troubleshooting the Cisco switches.
- Assigning severity to the Incidents logged based on the definition.
- Second level analysis (investigating problems) and closure of known and low priority security incidents.
- Logging Problem Ticket for unresolved Incidents with Technical Service.
- Sending Security Alert messages on newly found vulnerabilities.
- Installation of security patches & bug fixes on High Critical Devices.
- System health checks for all Network devices & Action plan for any issues or Observations.
- Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies.
- Must close all the Incident & service Request within Service Level Agreement.
- Knowledge Checking of L2 Engineer & Train L2 Engineer on Periodic Basis.
Required Skills :
- CCNP Certifications and Hands on experience on Switching & Routing.
- CISCO Firewall ( FTD ). Checkpoint firewall Hands on experience.
- Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine , WLC etc.
- Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc.
- Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis.
- Validating the Configuration of new network devices prepared by L3 Egg.
- Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues.
- Validation modification of access list done by L3 Egg.
- Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic.
- Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism on Periodic Basis.
- Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like EIGRP and BGP.
