About the Role:
Lead the on-premise + cloud IT infrastructure — server administration, business applications, backup / DR / BCP — at Dodla Dairy Ltd, a listed multi-plant manufacturing company. Own operations, own the team, own the outcomes. Close coordination with the Network & Security team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end IT Infrastructure operations — on-premise data centre + cloud services.
- Server administration (Windows OS), Hyper-V virtualization, patching, backup / DR / BCP.
- Automate routine IT-Ops tasks via PowerShell (patching, monitoring, housekeeping, alerts).
- Drive hardware standardization, capacity planning and lifecycle management.
- Supervise a team of 3-5 engineers (Server, User, Device Infra + Helpdesk); mentor and grow the team.
- Work in close coordination with N&S team for network segmentation, endpoint security, ITGC controls.
- Own ISO 27001:2022 compliance for IT-Infra scope; manage IT budgets and vendor SLAs.
- Strong ownership, work ethics and communication discipline.
Added Advantage:
- Additional virtualization platforms — VMware / Nutanix.
- Server hardware / storage certifications (Dell / HPE / NetApp / Cisco).
- Working knowledge of AI / ML for IT operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 / ITGC / DPDP / SEBI cybersecurity frameworks.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Manufacturing environment experience.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Engineering.
Experience:
- 6-10 years in IT Infrastructure management.
Hands-on expertise in (must and should):
- Windows Server administration.
- Hyper-V virtualization.
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- On-premise infrastructure (servers, storage).
- Backup / DR / BCP planning and execution.
- AWS Certified(SysOps / Solutions Architect)OR Microsoft Certified(Azure Administrator / Windows Server / Solutions Architect).
