Role: Deputy Manager - Demand
Location: Rohru and Narkhanda (Himachal Pradesh)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Manager - Demand to drive B2B demand and manage key customer relationships within our mandi ecosystem. This role focuses on account management, dealer network engagement, and ensuring strong credit discipline. The individual will operate from the assigned mandi location and does not require field travel.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers / key accounts within the mandi ecosystem
· Drive demand generation through strong dealer and trader network relationships
· Ensure efficient credit rotation and timely collections from customers
· Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively mitigate credit risks
· Collaborate with supply and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
· Track customer buying patterns and identify opportunities to increase wallet share
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or credit management
· Proven experience in credit handling, collections, and receivables management
· Strong background in dealer/distributor networking
· Ability to manage relationships in a high-volume, transactional environment
· Comfortable working from a mandi-based setup (no field travel required)
· Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Industry Background
· FMCG / FMCD
· Footwear & Apparel
· Banking / NBFC (SME unsecured loans)
· Agri-tech / Agri supply chain
