Develop and maintain advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and simulation tools to forecast mining yields, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating new data sources, refining analytical models, and adopting emerging technologies such as AI and IoT relevant to mining analytics.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science/Computer Science/Mining Engineering/Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the Mining industry
Proficiency in data analytics software and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Knowledge of mining industry datasets, geospatial data analysis, and relevant software (e.g., GIS tools).
