Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain product costing sheets, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
Analyze variances between standard and actual costs, and report findings to management.
Support pricing decisions by providing cost-based insights.
Assist in monthly closing activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to track material consumption and wastage.
Prepare MIS reports on cost analysis, profitability, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

ICWA/Inter CA/CA
4-7 years of experience in costing, preferably in manufacturing/ceramics/tiles industry.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and ERP systems.
Costing system development shall be added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cost models).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
