Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for project baseline.
  • Prepare and maintain cost and resource-loaded schedules using tools like Primavera P6.
  • Ensure adherence to project control standards and update schedules within agreed timeframes.
  • Integrate schedules from contractors and suppliers for consolidated reporting.
  • MIS (Management Information Systems) & Reporting
  • Maintain MIS systems for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare daily/monthly progress reports, including schedule performance and cost variance.
  • Support risk management, change management, and cost control teams with accurate data.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, budget performance.
  • Contracts & Commercial Management
  • Oversee contract administration, including compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution in line with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure alignment of contractual deliverables with project timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide strategic updates to senior stakeholders and participate in technical review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering. PGD in project Management/Construction Management/Contract Management/WSS.
  • Exp: 6 to 9 yrs of experience in the same kind of job in Hydro/PSP.
