Responsible for end-to-end MIS and tracking of retail product litigation cases across India, including Sec 138, Sec 25, SARFAESI, and Arbitration matters.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update litigation MIS for Sec 138, Sec 25, SARFAESI, Arbitration.
- Track case stages, court dates, notices, awards, and recovery progress.
- Coordinate with legal teams, panel advocates, and collections for timely updates.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, notices, and case files.
- Provide insights on pending cases, closure ratio, recovery performance, and legal costs.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of litigation processes: Sec 138, Sec 25, SARFAESI, Arbitration.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets; reporting and analytics skills.
- Coordination, follow-up, and documentation accuracy.
Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Law preferred).
- 25 years of litigation MIS/collections analytics experience.
