Maintain SDH, Submarine DWDM, and power feeding equipment at the landing station as per preventive maintenance schedules and test protocols.
Ensure minimal Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by following the corrective maintenance process and working closely with ITMC for handling circuit complaints.
Adhere to and implement O&M processes; maintain compliance and operational discipline.
Manage inventory and spares for transmission equipment, power systems, land/power cables, and related accessories.
Conduct routine circuit testing and coordinate circuit handover to backhaul/ITMC teams.
Perform preventive inspections of land cable routes from the Landing Station to the beach manhole.
Ensure calibration and upkeep of all test and landing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of backhaul connectivity, port utilization, and fiber mapping.
Decision-Making Responsibilities:
Prime: Responsible for both corrective and preventive maintenance of CLS equipment and land cables.
