Deputy Manager – Channel Sales

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional to lead channel sales operations within the water treatment, filtration, or related industrial sectors. The role focuses on expanding distribution networks, driving revenue through channel partners, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and reseller networks to improve market coverage
  • Drive achievement of sales targets through effective channel planning and execution
  • Implement go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business growth
  • Execute trade marketing initiatives, including promotional schemes and visibility programs
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to support strategic decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and partner performance analysis

Candidate Profile

  • Engineering background (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in channel sales within water treatment, filtration, or allied industries
  • Strong expertise in distributor management and secondary sales planning
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
