About the Role
Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Manager / Deputy Manager to oversee and lead call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales-driven environments, performance management, and team leadership. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage outbound and inbound calling teams.
- Drive sales conversions, revenue generation, and ensure target achievement.
- Monitor operational performance and track key KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and team motivation.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in call center operations, sales, or team leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in team handling, inside sales, and performance improvement.
- Strong experience with outbound & inbound operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a presentable professional demeanor.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
