Job Title: Call Center Manager / Deputy Manager

Location: Chandigarh University

About the Role

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Manager / Deputy Manager to oversee and lead call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales-driven environments, performance management, and team leadership. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage outbound and inbound calling teams.
  • Drive sales conversions, revenue generation, and ensure target achievement.
  • Monitor operational performance and track key KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and team motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in call center operations, sales, or team leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in team handling, inside sales, and performance improvement.
  • Strong experience with outbound & inbound operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a presentable professional demeanor.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
