Deputy Manager- Business Finance

Key Deliverables:

• Provide financial insights and support to specific business units
• Develop financial plans alongside business and technology teams using a bottom-up approach
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights for effective decision-making
• Own and track key financial and business metrics for respective business units
• Lead standardization and automation projects to improve process efficiency

Role Responsibilities:

• Jointly own OKRs for business units and build AOP to achieve them
• Conduct month-end reviews, adjustments, and financial reporting
• Handle ad hoc requests, problem-solving, and scenario analysis for business initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align financial strategies and operations
