Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Billing to manage and oversee the end-to-end billing operations of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IPD billing operations.
• Handle Cash, Cashless, TPA, Corporate, and PMJAY billing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and claim processing.
• Handle billing-related queries, discrepancies, and resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments, patients, TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Hospital billing experience is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital billing department.
• Experience in IPD, TPA, Cashless, Corporate and PMJAY billing will be preferred.

Salary

35,000 – 47,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and suitability.
