ABOUT THE ROLE

This hands-on role manages paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other ppc platforms for Ashoka's undergraduate, postgraduate and fellowship programmes. Working with Admissions, CRM, Technology, Content and Design, the person will improve campaign performance, tracking and landing-page conversion. Within six months, success will mean dependable source-to-conversion reporting and stronger movement from qualified leads to application starts and submissions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, including budgets, audiences, bidding and daily optimisation.

– Develop campaign approaches for students, parents and working professionals, optimising towards qualified leads, application starts and submissions.

– Set up and troubleshoot measurement through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other Pixel.

– Coordinate with CRM and Technology teams to maintain accurate source mapping, conversion tracking and funnel reporting.

– Review landing pages and forms to identify and resolve tracking, user-experience and conversion issues.

– Work with Content and Design teams to test messages, formats and audience propositions, using performance data to guide changes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

– Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.

– 4–8 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads and working experience with and LinkedIn Ads.

– Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, CRM-based attribution, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Excel and Google Sheets.

– Experience in higher education, edtech or student recruitment will be an advantage.

– You are hands-on and comfortable working directly in advertising, analytics and tracking platforms.

– You use data to diagnose performance and can decide what needs to change without waiting for detailed direction.

– You communicate clearly with Content, Design, CRM and Technology teams and keep shared work moving.

– You manage budgets and multiple priorities carefully, with strong attention to tracking accuracy and detail.
