Role & responsibilities
- Prepare building plans of the finalized showroom premises
- Responsible for co-coordinating of the architectural/interior working drawings.
- Study the interior layouts/details and co-ordinate with the project execution team
- Co-ordinate drawings from external consultants
- Ability to study MEP drawings and check the adherence of the same with the interior layouts
- Assist in selection/presentation of materials
- Make site inspections and assisting in construction supervision as and when required
- Make complete checking and compilation of construction drawings/documents
Preferred candidate profile
B Arch with at least 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Retail/Interior fit-out
