Role Purpose:
To manage end-to-end contract labour operations across the Pune region, ensuring statutory compliance, effective workforce deployment, and smooth HR operations for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
To drive business outcomes through stakeholder management, project implementation, P&L understanding, and vendor governance.
To support organizational growth by enabling data-driven decisions, ensuring legal compliance, and strengthening talent acquisition and employee relations processes.
Job Description
- Complete understanding of Pune as region for CL arrangement
- Good With compliance & Labour placement understanding
- Good with Ms Excel & Ms office & outlook .
- Understanding of P&L / New Project IR study & rate quotation development & Placement to SD.
- Good with Counselling / HRMS & employee grievance handline ( On Roll & Off roll )
- Have sound understanding of Salary register understanding/ Development / PR/PO Preferred in Oracle.
- Knowledge of team management & stakeholder management –
- Sound understanding of Customer management & project Implementation
- Govt Liaison / factory inspector/ Labour Office/ PF & ESIC Compliances for both On roll & Off rolls.
- Able to audit the vendor submissions on adhoc basis
- Good with Legal drafting / Submission ( License arrangement / Local Management/ Matahdi Know how & Implementation )
- Able to Guide & implement centrally driven policies & Process.
- IR data management & data consolidation mindset, Able to Crunch huge data & profile it for management requirements.
- Good with white collar hiring/ Use of LinkedIn / Naukri Etc
- Able to travel distance & drive as Pune is long region & travelling is mandate.
