Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Deputy Manager – Admissions to support and lead the admissions team in achieving student enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring the admission process while ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the admissions team.
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet admission goals.
- Handle student queries, counseling, application tracking, and conversion.
- Conduct outreach activities including school/college visits, education fairs, and webinars.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.
- Monitor application pipelines and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory admission policies.
- Train and mentor admission counselors to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in admissions or student recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM/admissions software and data reporting.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of education industry trends and student behavior.
