Responsibilities
- Perform execution of assigned maintenance tasks as per the resource plan for boiler components (Boiler Pressure Parts).
- Ensure the availability and reliability of boiler equipment, including pressure parts, valves, APH, FGD equipment, pipes, and supports.
- Execute Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective maintenance with adherence to the maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities during outages, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Ensure Boiler structure healthiness and strengthening or painting with engineering requirement.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper organizing of the boiler area.
- Provide comprehensive safety training to contractors, ensuring timely updates are recorded in the KRONOS system.
Qualifications
6+ years experience with sound Knowledge of Boiler pressure parts and auxiliary areas - OVERHAULING AND MAINTENANANCE WORK
