Job Summary

As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Corporate Salary) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate salary accounts and managing relationships with existing corporate clients. You will be a key member of the branch banking team and will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the bank's retail banking business.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate salary accounts and their acquisition process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
