Employment: Direct Permanent Payroll with an Indian MNC

We are looking for a CA Qualified Finance & Accounts professional with strong experience in financial accounting, audit, MIS, budgeting, taxation, CAPEX, fixed assets, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Statutory Audit and Internal Audit and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Drive monthly closing and finalization of books of accounts as per organizational timelines.

• Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Conduct Budget vs. Actual / Estimate variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.

• Ensure timely and accurate asset capitalization and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Monitor and control CAPEX expenditure against approved budgets.

• Track and control key budgeted financial parameters and cost elements.

• Prepare Annual Financial Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Term Financial Plans.

• Review and verify monthly payroll accounting entries in coordination with HR and payroll teams.

• Calculate and review employee income tax computations and statutory deductions.

• Review day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure adherence to accounting policies.

• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and conduct periodic physical verification of assets.

• Coordinate with Production, SCM, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams for finance-related activities.

• Ensure compliance with GST / Indirect Tax requirements and guide the team for timely and accurate compliance.

• Support management decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

• Drive process improvements, internal controls, compliance, and financial governance across the plant.

Preferred Technical Experience

• CA Qualified – Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Reporting.

• Hands-on experience in SAP – FI/CO Module preferred.

• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Fixed Asset Accounting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and variance analysis skills.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Experience in Manufacturing / Automotive / Auto Component Industry preferred.

• Experience in CAPEX management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
