Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager at Abhee Ventures, located in Bengaluru. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring project timelines and objectives are met. They will coordinate various projects, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Additional responsibilities may include problem-solving, reporting, and facilitating smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Project management skills including planning, coordination, and execution
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of real estate development, property management, or related fields
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and contract negotiation
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools/software relevant to project and team management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
