Oracle Fusion HCMdrives efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making across the Group. The Deputy HRIS Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimising the Group's HR systems, ensuring alignment with HR and business strategy. This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert for
Oracle Fusion HCM, supporting system implementation, integrations, data governance, and continuous improvement. The position is key to enabling efficient, data-driven HR operations across a global, multi-entity environment.
What We Expect from You
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR systems management
- Support ongoing HRIS implementation phases, ensuring seamless system integration and scalability
- Translate business requirements into effective HRIS configurations and solutions
- Manage the end-to-end HRIS ecosystem, including integrations with Finance, Technology, and external vendors
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and global data protection compliance
- Maintain HRIS architecture, including org structures, security profiles, and data quality
- Deliver accurate and timely HR data, reporting, and insights to stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies through HR technology
- Manage HRIS vendors and ensure smooth system updates with minimal disruption
- Act as Tier 2 support lead, resolving complex HRIS issues and enhancing system functionality
- Develop SOPs, process, and deliver training to HR teams and end users
- Ensure consistency and standardization with a global-first approach, limiting localization to mandatory requirements
What Experience will You Bring to the Role
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (R13 24+ preferred)
- Proven track record in HRIS implementation and management within global, multi-jurisdictional environments
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in HRIS architecture, integrations, and process documentation (SOPs)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or unstructured scenarios
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
