Role/ Job Title: Deputy Head Structured Syndications

Job Purpose
The job purpose is to lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex debt transactions. These include loans, bonds, structured debt, distressed debt, and securitization. You will build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, issuers, and investors, while guiding the team through deal preparation and execution. This role demands deep market knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions across various debt instruments including loans, bonds, structured and distressed debt, and securitization.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders such as Promoters, CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs.
- Build and manage a robust investor distribution network across banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies, AIFs, FPIs, development institutions, and other financial entities.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of transactions in alignment with regulatory and market standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Client Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance) for deal origination and execution.
- Maintain strong connects with lenders and investors to gather market intelligence and identify reverse origination opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and regulatory developments in debt capital markets.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any graduate
Post-graduation: Any post-graduate
Experience: 12- 17 years of relevant experience in structured finance, credit syndication, or debt capital markets
