Position: Deputy Head of School (DHOS)

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and collaborative educators to support and strengthen school leadership, working closely with the Head of School & Co-Founders to uphold excellence, integrity, and heart across all aspects of school life.

Overarching Role

The Deputy Head of School (DHOS) supports the Head of School in the overall leadership, management and day-to-day operation of the school.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education / Education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Working knowledge of Montessori philosophy and/or the IB-PYP framework
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading a team of educators in an early years or preschool setting
  • Strong understanding of child development across the ages 1 to 6
  • Ability to support school operations and administrative functions effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
