The Opportunity:

An exceptional career opportunity for innovative, committed, and forward-looking individual to create transformational value in Nickel Business.

  • As the Marketing & Sales Lead for the Nickel business, you will own end‑to‑end strategy and execution to drive sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across domestic and international markets.
  • You will drive top‑line growth through disciplined sales planning and Long‑Term Contract (LTC) tie‑ups with battery manufacturers, cathode producers, alloy makers, and other strategic customers, managing demand forecasting and pipelines in close alignment with production, sourcing, and logistics.
  • You will track and translate global Nickel market intelligence into business actions, including LME trends, demand–supply dynamics, geopolitical and regulatory factors, and competitor movements, to sharpen pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • You will strengthen customer engagement and margin realization, balancing LME linkages, premiums, cost structures, and contract terms while deepening relationships through reliability, differentiation, and strategic account management.
  • You will build, develop, and lead a high‑performing marketing and sales team, leveraging data, dashboards, and KPIs to enable evidence‑based decisions and foster a performance‑driven, customer‑centric culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in any with a MBA in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in nickel manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of Nickel products and customer applications to sharpen market positioning, value propositions, and customer engagement across battery, cathode, alloy, and industrial segments.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to lead large‑scale sales and market development initiatives, driving revenue growth, customer portfolio expansion, demand assurance, and improved planning and forecasting effectiveness.
