Purpose of the Role
Role involves assisting the senior team members in industry/target research, financial modelling, due diligence, preparation of board decks, valuation analysis, assisting in term sheet/definitive documents and end-to-end M&A transaction. Job Responsibility
- Transaction Analysis & preparation of presentations to reflect the same,
- Tracking domestic & global M&A deals including new trends in M&A and providing benchmarking and update of the same
- Analyzing companies and suggesting suitable course of actions
- Building financial models, completing valuation analysis
- Assist in due diligence, regulatory or transaction research, documentation of transactions
- Preparation of board presentations for approval of transactions

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: CFA/CA/MBA Finance Relevant
- Experience: Over 5 years experience in Investment banking/M&A/Advisory/project management teams of corporates/Big 4s/Global KPOs, consultants or corporates.
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Experience in Financial Modelling Knowledge of Bloomberg preferable.
