Job Requirements
Dealing with market participants for fund raising through CP and NCDs
- Meeting with the bankers/ mutual funds/ insurance companies
- Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes
- Timely completion of compliances
- Preparing timely treasury related MIS
- Managing relationships with intermediaries
- Preparation of Information Memorandum / proposals for investors
- Using market intelligence to propose borrowing timing
- Managing ALM and reporting to ALCO.
