Job Description
The Deputy General Manager – MC DMS will be responsible for managing and driving the overall collections operations across the assigned state. The role involves leading collections teams (ACMs and COs), managing collection agencies, improving recovery performance, reducing loan delinquency and ensuring achievement of collection targets.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing collection strategies, monitoring field operations, controlling collection costs, handling customer escalations and coordinating with internal departments such as Legal, Sales and Regional Management.
