Job Description
- ESG Strategy Execution
- Translate global ESG strategy into operational plans for India sites.
- Develop site-level sustainability roadmaps and monitor progress against targets.
- Environmental Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to CPCB/SPCB norms and global environmental standards.
- Oversee audits and manage CAPAs related to ESG and EHS compliance.
- Sustainability Projects & Innovation
- Lead projects on energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, water neutrality, and waste reduction.
- Drive Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and circular economy initiatives.
- Promote adoption of green technologies and certifications (LEED/IGBC).
- Risk Management
- Identify ESG risks (climate, compliance, safety) and implement mitigation strategies.
- Integrate ESG risk controls into business continuity planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with global ESG team for alignment on standards and reporting.
- Engage with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory bodies for certifications and compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors for sustainability solutions and technology implementation.
- Culture & Capability Building
- Drive awareness campaigns and training programs across sites.
- Embed sustainability into operational excellence programs (e.g., Kaizen).
