Job Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor capital projects for pharma manufacturing facilities (API/Formulations).
- Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and global regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans; track KPIs for cost and schedule adherence.
- Manage vendor selection, tendering, and techno-commercial negotiations for engineering services and equipment.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for plant assets and utilities.
- Drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement in engineering operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, QC, Regulatory) for smooth project execution.
- Handle audits, CAPA implementation, and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and operational discipline.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil Engineering; MBA/Project Management preferred.
- Experience: 1220 years in pharma projects & engineering, with proven leadership in large-scale plant setups.
