Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager or Assistant General Manager in Business Development, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, preparing business proposals, and managing client relationships. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve strategic business goals. The role requires a proactive approach to expanding market presence and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

• Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management and partnership development
• Proficiency in preparing business proposals, presentations, and financial projections
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry-specific practices in energy or infrastructure sectors
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering on organizational goals
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in infrastructure development, logistics, or renewable energy sectors is an advantage
