Key Responsibilities
- HR Project Management: Lead strategic HR projects, digital HR transformation, and change management initiatives and ensuring to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans that align with the organization's HR strategy and business objectives.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, such as digitalization of HR functions, implementation of new HR technologies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
- Manage compliances including statutory compliance, External & Internal Audits
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions for existing & new HR processes and systems.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualification: Graduate & MBA in Human Resource Management
Experience: -
- Minimum of 15-17 years of experience in HR project management and HR Transformation, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in HR project management methodologies and change management frameworks and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and digital transformation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in HR analytics and data visualization tools.
