Job Description

Responsible for driving network operations and maintenance in the respective areas of Submarine Network for TCL as well as consortium/customers with the objective of minimizing downtime of network infrastructure, providing quality of network, resolving network issues, and cost effectively enhancing customer experience.
Leading multiple sub-sea NOC / CLS for TCL and/or consortium / customers
Sub-marine consortium management for consortium cables and contract/delivery management for private cables
Working on New sub-sea Projects and opportunities as per business requirement .
Good understanding of domain and related/emerging technologies and market trends will be required
The role will also involve- planning and implementing network improvement projects, Upgrades, managing network operations, network analysis, bringing in process & cost level improvements.
Ensure timely identification & fixing of network failures, review repeat issues to ensure permanent remedial actions are taken.Manage difficult customer situation and Crit-sits respond promptly to customer needs respond to requests for service and assistance.
Develop tactics for improving operation efficiencies while improving service levels, employee retention and operational costs.Provide direction and escalation support to 24/7 NOC team additionally guidance and mentoring
Extensive experience in operations and project implementation of submarine network technology , consortium management, customer experience management, project management
