What We Expect
- Develop and execute regional strategies to grow the elevators & escalators modernization portfolio, aiming for specific revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for upgrading both company-installed and other OEMs elevators & escalators.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Set sales goals, establish quotas, and develop annual budgets for the south region and branch.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present budgets forecasts and regular sales reports to senior management.
- Create and deliver training programs to sales teams on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Build relationships with key owners, consultants, and developers to secure high-value modernization contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to propose customized solutions, present modernization packages, and prepare technical sales quotations.
Who we are looking for
- Diploma /B.Tech. (Electrical /Mechanical).
- Experience 15+ years.
- Strong technical understanding of elevators and escalators, including systems, components, and operational requirements.
- Indepth knowledge of commercial contracts, terms, and compliance requirements within the Indian market.
- Comprehensive understanding of the local market landscape, competitive environment, relevant codes and regulations, product portfolios, industry best practices, and construction culture.
