Job Description

What We Expect

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to grow the elevators & escalators modernization portfolio, aiming for specific revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for upgrading both company-installed and other OEMs elevators & escalators.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Set sales goals, establish quotas, and develop annual budgets for the south region and branch.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present budgets forecasts and regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Create and deliver training programs to sales teams on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any customer issues or complaints.
  • Build relationships with key owners, consultants, and developers to secure high-value modernization contracts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to propose customized solutions, present modernization packages, and prepare technical sales quotations.

Who we are looking for

  • Diploma /B.Tech. (Electrical /Mechanical).
  • Experience 15+ years.
  • Strong technical understanding of elevators and escalators, including systems, components, and operational requirements.
  • Indepth knowledge of commercial contracts, terms, and compliance requirements within the Indian market.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local market landscape, competitive environment, relevant codes and regulations, product portfolios, industry best practices, and construction culture.
