Role: Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager Marketing

Function: Business Marketing Staffing Solutions (Non-IT / General Staffing)

Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting to: Business / Marketing Leadership

About the Role

Quess is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager / DGM Marketing to lead marketing execution for its Staffing Solutions (Non-IT / General Staffing) business. This role focuses on candidate acquisition and client acquisition, working closely with sales, delivery, TA, and central marketing teams to drive growth through field activations, digital programs, and compelling content.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role suited for marketers who thrive in fast-paced, B2B services environments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

  • Own and execute marketing programs aligned to business goals
  • Translate hiring and revenue targets into campaigns, activations, and on-ground initiatives

Candidate Acquisition

  • Drive digital and on-ground candidate acquisition funnels
  • Coordinate with TA, delivery teams, job boards, and candidate platforms
  • Improve funnel efficiency from lead to joining

Client Acquisition

  • Support sales teams through events, outreach programs, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Assist in demand generation and pipeline influence activities

Sales Enablement

  • Develop pursuit decks, sector-specific narratives, toolkits, and sales collateral
  • Support sales teams with customized pitch materials and proposals

Content & Narrative Development

  • Create content for campaigns, pitches, business reviews, leadership communication, and presentations
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across internal and external touchpoints

Brand & Events

  • Plan and execute regional events, conferences, and brand visibility initiatives
  • Manage vendor coordination and on-ground execution

Digital Performance & Reporting

  • Work with digital marketing teams to track and optimize CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing, PR/Comms, and leadership teams
  • Act as the marketing SPOC for the staffing business

Success Metrics

  • Candidate funnel performance (volume, conversion, joining rates)
  • Marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Sales enablement adoption and pursuit success
  • Event and activation effectiveness
  • Digital performance metrics and ROI
  • Brand visibility and narrative consistency

Experience

  • 814 years of experience in marketing with strong execution responsibility
