Finance Shared Services Leader
We are seeking an experienced Finance Shared Services leader with strong exposure to Indian SSCs/GSCs and expertise in Indian accounting, GL processes, AR/AP, period close, and direct & indirect taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including GL, AR/AP, reconciliations, revenue accounting, audits, and reporting.
- Drive transition management, process governance, SLA/KPI adherence, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with direct & indirect tax requirements and audit standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitization, and finance transformation.
- Partner with business and IT teams to improve process efficiency and reporting dashboards.
- Manage stakeholders, escalations, and lead high-performing teams.
Desired Profile
- Qualified CA with 15+ years of experience in Indian SSCs/GSCs or F&A outsourcing environments.
- Strong expertise in Indian accounting, taxation, finance operations, and shared services setup.
- Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and offshore operations management.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder, and team management skills.
