Job Description

Purpose the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Facility Admin Lead to oversee the administrative aspects of facility management for our 50-acre campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, managing vendor relationships, and providing administrative support to the facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations: Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing facility-related projects, including planning, execution, and close-out.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to inform facility management decisions and optimize operations.

  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution.
  • Organized and methodical.
  • Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power point, Advance Formulas & Functions, BI Tools.
  • Proficiency in ISO standards.
  • FM Industry & OEMs connect.
  • Familiarity with facility management software and systems.
  • Any certifications on FM, ISO would be added advantage.

Relevant Experience:

The candidate should have managed IT Campus at least 10K People Capacity.
