Role Description The Deputy General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, and service delivery for immigration and visa consulting services, ensuring high standards of client experience and operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role in Australia involves leading and mentoring teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. The role includes coordinating with senior management to develop business strategies, optimizing processes, and driving growth initiatives in the immigration consulting domain. The Deputy General Manager will handle escalated client cases, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and compliance. The position also requires preparing reports, supporting budget planning, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.

• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills, with experience overseeing multi-functional teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field; prior experience in consulting or service-based industries is an advantage.
