Job Description

Role Summary

The Delivery & Business Enablement Manager will act as a critical bridge between Business Development, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of customer engagements, translating business needs into clear product requirements, and driving alignment across stakeholders to support revenue growth and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Own and manage end-to-end delivery of customer engagements aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Act as the single point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders during delivery.

Business Development Support

  • Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support pre-sales activities, solution positioning, and customer discussions.
  • Understand customer pain points and business goals to help shape solutions and offerings.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts as required.

Product & Sales Interlock

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to ensure alignment on market needs and customer feedback.
  • Communicate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and business priorities to Product Management.
  • Ensure Sales teams are enabled with up-to-date product capabilities, roadmaps, and limitations.

Business Requirements to Product Requirements

  • Translate high-level business requirements into clear, well-defined Product Requirements (PRDs, user stories, use cases).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility and clarity.
  • Validate requirements with business stakeholders and ensure traceability through development and delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior stakeholders across business, sales, product, and delivery functions.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and alignment meetings.
  • Provide regular communication and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Delivery Management, Business Analysis, Product Coordination, or Pre-Sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology solutions and product-driven organizations.
  • Hands-on experience translating business needs into product or technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field
  • 12-22 Years relevant experience
