Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Corporate Relations & Career Services, responsible for driving end-to-end placement strategy, building strong corporate partnerships, and ensuring successful career outcomes for learners across programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Engagement & Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top corporates, startups, and hiring partners across industries
• Develop strategic partnerships for internships, live projects, and final placements
• Identify and onboard new recruiters aligned with program offerings

2. Placement Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end placement lifecycle including planning, execution, and reporting
• Drive placement targets across Degree and Certification programs
• Ensure high placement conversion rates and student success outcomes

3. Career Services Delivery

• Design and implement career readiness programs (resume building, mock interviews, workshops)
• Mentor students and provide career guidance aligned with market trends
• Collaborate with academic and program teams to align curriculum with hiring needs

4. Team Leadership

• Build and manage a high-performing placement and corporate relations team
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure delivery against targets
• Drive continuous improvement in placement processes

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Academics, Product, Marketing)
• Act as a bridge between learners and recruiters to ensure seamless hiring experience
• Present placement reports and insights to leadership

6. Market Intelligence

• Track hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry requirements
• Provide actionable insights to enhance program positioning and learner outcomes

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 12+ years in Corporate Relations / Placements / Career Services
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end placements in EdTech / Universities /
• Higher Education / Skilling organizations
• Strong network and connections with corporates and HR leaders across industries
• Experience in handling bulk hiring, campus placements, and lateral hiring partnerships
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills & Strong leadership and team management experience

Preferred Background:

• Experience in EdTech / Online Degree Programs / Higher Education institutions
• Exposure to B2C learning environments and high-volume placements
