Job Purpose:The Lead - Domestic oversees operations by managing NFA preparation, costing and analysis, transport management, and transporter invoice processing. This role ensures timely documentation, optimizes transport operations through vehicle tracking and auctioning, and maintains financial integrity through accurate invoice processing. Additionally, it involves generating vehicle movement reports to support decision-making and improve overall logistics performance.
Responsibilities
NFA Background:
- Oversee the timely preparation and accuracy of domestic NFA and service order files in collaboration with relevant departments.
Costing And Analysis
- Develop and maintain monthly costing sheets and reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making and cost reduction.
Transport Management
- Manage the transport auctioning process and implement vehicle tracking strategies to optimize logistics operations.
Transporter Invoice Processing
- Process transporter invoices within a 30-day credit limit and conduct regular reconciliations of account statements.
DTA DSR And Vehicle Tracking
- Maintain daily vehicle movement records and generate tracking reports for the sales team, ensuring visibility and performance analysis.
Innovation
- Integrating advanced technologies, such as automation and AI, to streamline customs clearance processes, enhance logistics operations, and improve efficiency across the supply chain.
Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making
- Driving the adoption of digital tools like customs management systems, shipment tracking platforms, and predictive analytics to optimize logistics workflows and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Organizational & Culture Building
- Fostering a culture of compliance, efficiency, and collaboration by empowering teams with the knowledge and tools to align with customs regulations and company logistics goals.
Leadership In Change Management
- Leading the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during changes.
People Development
- Leading from the front & being accountable for the professional growth of your teams. Developing/conducting/promoting training & learning initiatives to enhance skills & empowering them to take ownership of key processes and decisions.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
- 8-12 years of experience in domestic logistics or distribution, with expertise in warehouse management and transportation coordination.
