Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) frameworks to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead process and operational excellence initiatives using advanced tools and methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and drive actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Oversee the integration of industrial maintenance systems and digital solutions to enhance predictive maintenance capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process engineering improvements and manufacturing technology advancements.
- Drive risk management strategies and safety integration across operational processes to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Manage transformation projects aimed at achieving operational excellence and aligning with strategic business goals.
- Benchmark operational practices against industry standards and adopt best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide leadership in the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to support the unit's copper production objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team and across the business unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in reliability engineering, operational excellence, or project management are preferred
- 15+ years of experience in reliability-centered maintenance, operational excellence, and industrial maintenance systems within large-scale manufacturing units.
- Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
- In-depth knowledge of reliability engineering principles and RCM methodologies.
- Expertise in process engineering and manufacturing technologies specific to copper production.
- Familiarity with benchmarking practices and adoption of industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics platforms and tools for performance measurement.
- Experience with industrial maintenance software and digital solutions for predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with process optimization tools and technologies used in manufacturing environments.
