Deputy Director - Move Procurement

Main objective of the role is to support the Europe Procurement Sourcing Operations and be responsible to achieving operational excellence, driving the ongoing optimization for the shared services provided from the ICC, supporting the creation and value delivery of Procurement Services and driving speed & cost efficiency in the benefit of the Europe Procurement functions.

The incumbent will have people management with 5 DRs in ICC managing project-based procurement activities in Europe Move scope. The person may directly manage some medium / large scale end to end procurement events. These projects will be aligned during the annual operation plan.

The person will be part of Logistics Procurement leadership team sharing responsibility for the functional agenda in the sector

• Contribute pro-actively to achievement of overall Europe Business and Procurement objectives.
• i.e., Capacity management at competitive cost, also delivering Pep+ agenda
• Ensure capabilities covered by GCC functional expertise deliver expected service to sector.
• Technical use of the tendering tool
• Market insights, Spend analyses and Reporting.
• Delivering best in class, end to end, procurement events in the scope
• Work closely with Europe Logistics procurement leaders to secure one team approach through open communication and collaboration.
