INFORMATION COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY (ICT CELL)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in Engineering (CSE/ECE/EE/IT), MCA, MCA (IT), or MBA (IT)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academics, e-content development, or LMS management and development
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Director (ICT) in the planning, implementation, and enhancement of the University's digital learning ecosystem, including LMS and educational technology initiatives.
- Assist in the development, review, quality assurance, and maintenance of digital learning content, including video lectures, e-books, assessments, and interactive learning resources.
- Support the implementation and effective functioning of the University's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experience and accessibility.
- Monitor LMS utilization, learner engagement, and digital learning analytics, and submit periodic reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with academic departments for the effective integration of digital learning resources into academic programmes.
- Assist in organizing faculty and staff development programmes related to LMS usage, digital pedagogy, and e-content development.
- Coordinate with academic, technical, and administrative teams to facilitate the effective implementation of ICT-enabled teaching and learning initiatives.
- Assist the Director (ICT) in the development and execution of LMS enhancement projects, digital transformation initiatives, and other strategic ICT assignments.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in educational technology and digital content development, and recommend suitable innovations.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Director (ICT) and University authorities from time to time.
