Overview

This individual will be responsible to lead End-to-end Perfect Store process for GCC Service delivery with the markets.

The Role is responsible for the E2E Delivery of Perfect Store: Planning, development & delivery key activities for IB markets. Lead the Perfect Store service delivery agenda with the BU, Region, CCO and S&T teams

  • Responsible for delivery of Perfect Store services on time and with quality
  • Partner with IB Leadership and CCO Teams to enable PS roadmap for IB + AOP for Perfect store services
  • Own demand planning responsibilities for all perfect store services IB and ensure delivery as per contracting and lead prioritization discussions

This role is essential for driving the alignment and execution of the perfect-store process across IB.


Responsibilities

  • Be a commercial expert with in-depth understanding of perfect store process including data landscape, market maturity, key services & solutions
  • Primary point of contact for IB DX LT on Perfect Store services. Deliver & oversee end-to-end perfect store delivery for all markets in IB
  • Partner with S&T, CCO, IB to ensure alignment on AOP, Roadmap etc. Closely work with IB DX LT to close whitespaces on GCC services and enable end-to-end delivery
  • Guide service delivery experts for calls/meetings, wherever required. Lead demand contracting & prioritization
  • Wherever required, engage with bottlers to showcase PEP capabilities + outputs to drive growth & adoption
  • Engage with senior leadership + stakeholder group to ensure IB agenda is prioritized & showcased
  • Advise and share Advanced Analytics models with Sectors and Markets to leverage and build Advanced Analytics capability for all perfect store modules
  • Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click (additional questions) required with tables/charts for relevant data
  • Model Results presentation to stakeholders
  • Manage the Perfect Store function to provide best-in-class talent development, process harmonization and technology advancements
  • Partner with CCO to develop standardize, codify and digitalize/ automate services to drive efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering: MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in Perfect Store or Category Mangement function
  • 8-10years of relevant professional experienceonSales development, Trade MarketingorSalesstrategy
  • Strategic thinking and Results oriented
  • Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and deliverables as requested
  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house applications
  • Detail-oriented with dedication to continuous improvement
