Overview

This role exists to enable a more effective and commercially grounded capability transformation process-bringing greater clarity, consistency, and discipline to how we plan, prioritize, and execute capability development across markets. By partnering closely with the International CCO Leadership Team, Commercial Growth Enablement, S&T and GCC teams, the role ensures business needs are reflected in our planning cycles and that markets have the right routines, visibility, and insights to deliver stronger commercial outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Int CCO and Commercial Growth Enablement to streamline and digitize the end-to-end capability transformation planning cycle (from assessment/Titans through PSP/AOP plans into High Impact Programs)
    • Strengthening the tools and processes that enable Titans, capability PSP / AOP planning and High Impact Programs execution (currently used Power Apps, Monday.com, Power BI or any future successor platforms), ensuring they support better decisions, faster delivery, and clear visibility of performance.
    • Work with commercial teams to understand business needs and turn them into practical system improvements or workflows that help teams operate effectively.
    • Coordinate with tool vendors and internal partners to ensure our systems are configured in a way that supports commercial priorities - from workflows to automations to needed integrations (e.g., ADO/ServiceNow when needed to ensure two-way visibility of plans).
    • Serve as one version of truth in-between International CCO and Commercial S&T when it comes to capability maturity, roadmaps and whitespaces.
    • Guide any required system transitions or upgrades, making sure changes land smoothly and without disruption to commercial activities.
    • Equip commercial teams with the know-how to use our tools confidently, leading onboarding, practical training, and ongoing chan support to ensure strong adoption.
  • Support the Commercial Growth Enablement team in translating Titans outputs into PSP/AOP plans, and SLAs with anchor markets. Act as owner between Int. CCO, GCC, S&T and market ensuring smooth ways of working on planning and status updates of capability, services and solutions progression
  • Partner with analytics and data teams (in GCC / MarketOne) to develop Power BI dashboards and reports, turning data into actionable insights for leadership Commercial leadership (both CCO and S&T). Build executive-level analytics and presentations that clearly communicate capability development progress, insights and whitespaces.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, demonstrating the ability to influence and collaborate across varying seniority levels to ensure alignment and successful delivery of enablement initiatives.
  • Provide proactive budget monitoring and financial oversight across initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years commercial experience (DX, GTM, broad commercial)
  • Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing multi-project coordination complexities
  • Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
  • Proficient with MS Office - MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Monday.com in particular
  • Solid project management experience in large scale global organizations is essential
  • Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
  • Able to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
  • Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Fluent English
