Job Description

We're Hiring: Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager (E & M)

Assist the Compliance Monitoring program in driving aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across our Engineering & Maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Compliance Monitoring Program in covering CAMO, contracted & subcontracted maintenance.
Ensure compliance with DGCA, CAR M, IOSA, SMS and Company requirements.
Manage audits, inspections, investigations, root-cause analysis & CAPA.
Oversee the Airworthiness Review process and maintain regulatory approvals.
Evaluate and monitor maintenance organizations and service providers.
Drive SMS implementation and safety culture across Engineering & Maintenance.
Liaise with DGCA, regulatory authorities and senior management on compliance matters.
Review relevant procedures and Aircraft Maintenance Program amendments.
Lead quality improvement, KPIs, departmental performance and budget control.
Empower teams through competence, training, accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Engineering Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Avionics and/or Type-Rated AME.
IATA/Auditor certification or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of aviation experience, including 2+ years in a Managerial/Senior Managerial role.
Strong experience in aircraft engineering & maintenance, airworthiness/compliance management, and/or audits.
